If you need to file a grievance regarding your testing experience, you will need to write to NCCPA within 3 business days following your exam date. Make sure to include your NCCPA or social security number and signature in the letter and any supporting documentation.

If you need to appeal a policy or decision made by NCCPA, you will need to submit the appeal in writing to NCCPA, including your NCCPA or social security number and signature in the letter and any supporting documentation.

It takes approximately two weeks to review cases and you will be notified in writing.

If you do not agree with the decision of NCCPA, you can request that the Review Panel review your case for $100.

If you are serving in the military and will be unable to complete your certification maintenance requirements due to deployment, you can request an extension by completing the military extension form.
